    The board of directors of EECU approved the exemption of network fees for members who use CO-OP ATM. Therefore, you do not need to pay surcharges on CO-OP ATM, nor do you need to pay any network fees and you don’t need to pay anything at all!
  • Are there fees for using my ATM or Debit Card at EECU?

    There is no charge for using your EECU ATM or debit card on any EECU ATM or CO-OP ATM. However, if you are not their customer, some financial institutions will charge a surcharge on their ATM. If you use an ATM other than EECU or CO-OP ATM, EECU may also charge network fees.
  • Can I stop a pending debit card purchase I made online at EECU?

    To stop online debit card purchases, EECU recommends contacting the paying merchant and attempting to cancel the transaction. If this is not an option, you can call their member service center to freeze your card, but it may take up to 10 working days to reissue a new card for you.
